Membership Information
General Information:
The Memorial Forest Club’s maximum membership total is 525 families. The club’s Membership Director maintains a waiting list for membership should there be interest beyond capacity.
The cost of membership - application fee $25, initiation fee $2200, transfer fee $450. Annual dues are currently $375. Transfer fees and dues are subject to tax.
Members in Good Standing and owning a home within the club's boundaries may sell their membership to the purchaser of their home for a negotiated price. The purchaser is responsible for the transfer fee. Members may also sell their memberships to the Club for the current membership value of $2200. Memberships may not be sold on the open market. Contact the Membership Director for any requirements related to the sale of a membership.

Boundaries:
The Club’s boundaries include Bunker Hill Village, Whispering Oaks, Naughton, Frostwood, Memorial Forest, Colony West, Memorial Woods, Tealwood, Warrenton, and Memorial Hollow.
Members that move out of these boundaries may retain their membership only if fewer than twenty (20) other members listed as “out of area” are on the membership roster. It is the responsibility of members to provide written notification of address changes to the Membership Director.
How to Apply for Membership:
1. Applications may be downloaded below. Applications are also available from the Membership Director.
2. The application must be fully completed and signed by an existing member
in good standing. A twenty-five dollar ($25) fee is required at the time of
application.
3. Once the completed application is returned to the Membership Director, and
it is confirmed that the applicant’s home is within the MFC boundaries, the
applicant’s name will be placed at the bottom of the waiting list.
4. When the application has sufficiently advanced on the waiting list, the Membership Director will send a written invitation to accept membership. Membership is accepted by remitting all fees prior to the deadline set forth in the invitation. Applicants who decline the offer of membership will be removed from the waiting list and may reapply for membership at the beginning of the next calendar year.
