Rental of The Memorial Forest Club’s clubhouse is a benefit for our members and is NOT available to the general public. The clubhouse is suitable for events hosting up to a maximum150 people.

Activities and rentals range from civic club meetings to social events. The climate controlled clubhouse contains a kitchenette, men’s and women’s restrooms, tables, chairs, WiFi and television, which is Bluetooth enabled to allow for presentations.



  • The swimming pool is available for rental only during pool season, which is mid-May to Labor Day.
  • All parties during pool hours are limited to two (2) hours when the pool is closed. Parties may not overlap, and all non-members must vacate the club immediately after the party. Party must be concluded thirty (30) minutes before pool opens.
  • Typical private swim parties are Sunday morning, Monday morning or Monday afternoon.
  • Parties of more than 15 persons must be a private party during non-pool hours (prior to opening or after closing, and some Mondays available) and require lifeguards: one (1) lifeguard for parties of 25 or fewer people, two (2) lifeguards for parties of 26 to 49 people, and four (4) lifeguards for parties of 50 to 75 people and five (5) lifeguards for parties 75 to 100 people.  Reservations for the pool party must go through the Rentals Director and Club Manager. Maximum of 100 people per party.
  • Rental of the swimming pool is available to members only. Members renting the swimming pool or a portion of the swimming area must be in attendance for the entire party.
  • Rental Rate: $300 plus the cost of lifeguards, which is $35 per lifeguard.



EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2024, Memorial Forest Club is excited to announce new rental rates for 2024. The clubhouse is available to rent January to mid-May and September to December. The clubhouse is not available during pool season.

Non-Profit Event: $30 per rental for youth and $65 for adult. The non-profit event is intended for up to two (2) hour meeting event and limited to under 75 attendees with no food or drink. Any events over two (2) hours or more than 75 attendees or will food and drink will be charged $60 per rental for youth and $130 per rental for adult.

Non-Profit Fundraising Event: $450 per rental. 501(c)3 letter must be included with the rental.  501(c)3 must be renting the venue.

Standard Event: Day $250 per rental up to 50 guests and must be concluded by 4:00 pm and $600 per standard rental up to 150 guests

Cleaning Fee: $200 for any events with food and drink in the clubhouse. Determination of rate is left to the discretion of the Rental Director and board of Memorial Forest Club.

Security Guard Required: Any youth event over 50 attendees, any adult event with over 75 attendees or any event with amplified sound will require a security guard onsite during event.
