Rental of The Memorial Forest Club’s clubhouse is a benefit for our members and is NOT available to the general public. The clubhouse is suitable for events hosting up to a maximum of 150 people.
Activities and rentals range from civic club meetings to social events. The climate controlled clubhouse contains a kitchenette, men’s and women’s restrooms, tables, chairs, WiFi and television, which is Bluetooth enabled to allow for presentations.
Youth Non-Profit (Max of 75 people, must be 501(c)3 and maximum of 2 hours): $30
Adult Non-Profit (Maximum of 75 people, must be 501(c)3 and maximum of 2 hours): $65
Day Event for Birthday Party, Luncheon or Meeting (between hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm): $250
Non-Profit Fundraising Event (Must be 501(c)3) renting the facility): $400
Standard Event: $600
Rental Season: Pool rentals are only available during pool season (Opening Day through Labor Day)
Availability: Rentals are for members only
Private Party Times: ONLY Sundays 10am-12pm and Mondays 4pm-6pm

Guest Limits & Lifeguard Requirements:
Lifeguards are required as follows:
Private Pool Party during closed pool hours: $300 + cost of lifeguards at $45 per guard per hour.
Open Pool Party during pool hours: $100 + cost of 1 additional lifeguards at $45 per guard per hour
Must be a member of Memorial Forest Club
All reservations must go through the Rentals Director.
